#太太打卡 第 01 天
今天是飲食新計劃的第一天，早上一杯防彈咖啡，中午吃了在亞超買的新鮮茼蒿，晚餐則是肋眼牛排五分熟、韭菜烘蛋搭配艾曼塔起司（Emmental Cheese）和奶油炒茼蒿，第一天先稍微感覺一下，覺得份量拿捏得還不是很好，明天午餐可以豐盛一點，晚餐青菜的種類可以再多一點，不過第一天淨碳水壓在 50 克以下，是個很不錯的開始。先生吃得跟我差不多，不過他今天還沒開始喝防彈，中午吃了雞肉培根凱薩沙拉，碳水化合物的攝取也有在目標裡，很棒！

LCHF day 01
Today is the first day of our new diet. I had a bulletproof coffee in the morning and had some pan-friend mugwort that I got from an Asian supermarket. We had a medium ribeye, some garlic chives with eggs and elemental and buttery mugwort for dinner. I felt like the first day is kind of a portion try-out and I should have a heartier lunch tomorrow. However my net carbohydrate intake was below 50 grams which is definitely a good start. My hubby has the same dinner but no BPC and he had chicken and bacon caesar salad for lunch. His net carbohydrate intake today is also within the tolerance, epic!
Bulletproof coffee consists of black coffee, cold pressed virgin coconut oil, and grass-fed unsalted butter. I added erythritol in place of sugar. It tastes not as bad as I thought, not too greasy when it’s still warm and has a bit of coconutty flavour. Most importantly, it packs high fat so it doesn’t make my stomach feel weird in the morning. I’m not sure if it’s because that we started a new diet that I begin to be aware of what nutrition we have every day which I didn’t really care. Today I passed by the butcher and I saw some pork liver and that made me very excited cause I was like " oh boy, I need this for my iron intake!!!" lol
