#太太打卡 第 02 天
晚餐總是一天之中最豐盛的，畢竟是要和先生一起吃，所以今天晚上的晚餐延續昨天的肋眼牛排，搭配鮮奶油炒菠菜、法國的卡布里凡羊奶起司（Cabrifi），還有我自己做的低醣麵包（每片碳水才 4 克），整盤吃下來超級飽，飽到我先生忘了他自己在減重哈哈哈～（很好，因為我不想讓他覺得辛苦！）
This morning I had a not so tasty BPC because I was lazy and mixed two types of coffee together, the one I like and the other one my husband likes, so not tasty that I forgot to take a picture! Anyways I have to make two coffees separately tomorrow so I can have my tasty coffee back.
For today’s lunch I had a huge plate of salad and the amount looked bigger than me face, mmmokay? I got the tender and sweet lamb’s lettuce and the crunchy Romaine. I know a couple months ago Taiwanese were still worried about consuming romaine lettuce imported from the USA since there were reports on national E. Coli outbreak after people had the lettuce in America and Canada. However CDC and FDA have lifted their bans on romaine lettuce and any romaine lettuce being sold now is almost certainly not from the Yuma, Arizona region. So it is now safe to num num romaine lettuce. The lettuce we have in Dublin is not imported so…okay I just got off the topic. I had Balsamic vinegar and cold pressed virgin olive oil for my salad dressing and I also added green olives and a bit of Elemental. This afternoon I snacked on beef jerky and a tiny cup of yogurt.
Dinner is always the most abundant meal of the day since it’s when me and my husband enjoy food together. So this evening we had ribeye with cream and spinach, along with a few slices of French Cabrifin goat cheese, super yummy btw, and a few slices of keto bread I made this afternoon. Each slice of the bread only contains 4 grams of carbohydrates, isn’t it awesome?! We were so full after dinner that hubby forgot he’s on a diet which is good cause I don’t want him to suffer!
