今天早起吃了花生醬吐司(完全無添加的花生醬和自己做的低醣麵包),搭配了好喝的綠奶~中午為了清冰箱,炒了茼蒿、做了沙拉,幫先生準備了一個培根羊萵苣起司三明治,晚餐則是香煎培根包海鱸魚,算是我自己發明的一道菜色,我覺得還不錯吃,但是先生向來對海鮮不是很有興趣,所以下次再買鱸魚的話,我會想改成炸魚排。晚餐的菜色還包括了韭蔥煎蛋、起司烤櫛瓜,以及一個超級失敗,沒錯,就是失敗的奶油酪梨醬,我本來是想利用酪梨綿密的口感來做一款沾醬,順便吃進酪梨的營養,結果呢?超難吃的啦~質地是對的,但是味道就是很奇怪,有一種濃濃的蛋黃味,我很喜歡吃蛋的,但是這個醬的味道整個不對勁,先生反倒覺得沒什麼味道,只是質疑酪梨不是應該吃冷的嗎?哈哈哈,總之,這個醬,我以後是絕對不會再做了!

This morning I had a piece of keto bread with natural peanut butter and enjoyed a creamy green tea instead of a BFC. For lunch, in order to use all the leftover vegetables in the fridge, I prepared myself some stir-fired buttery mugwort, a plate of salad and for my hubby I made him a bacon cheese sandwich.
Dinner time we had a pan seared sea bass wrapped in bacon. I kind of invented this dish myself and I think it’s quite tasty. My husby is never a huge fan of seafood so maybe next time I will make some fried sea bass instead. Dinner menu also included garlic chives and fried eggs and cheesy zucchini. AND an epic fail avocado creamy sauce!!! I wanted to translate the creamy texture of avocado into some sort of sauce and have dat super nutrition but the end result tasted so funny and yolky, I mean I like eggs don’t get me wrong but this avocado sauce I made was completely off mmokay? Surprisingly my husby thought it was okay he was just confused and said that avocado should be eaten raw and cold. Anyhoooo, this thing on the plate is never going to be made ever, never, ever again.
