今天把之前做的低醣土司吃光光啦~搭配了香蒜抹醬和一杯綠茶,簡單解決。中午煎了一片培根,搭配很好吃不敗的韭蔥煎蛋,晚餐決定試試看低醣大蒜披薩皮,不過是搭配香煎雞腿肉,這個披薩皮很猛,只有用到三種材料:蛋、白花菜和起司,味道很好,只是有點不夠紮實,所以下次做要在烤箱低溫烤久一點,讓白花椰的水分完全烤乾再放起司,相信吃起來口感會更好。

Finished the keto bread I made with some garlicky creamy spread, I also had a cup of Matcha green tea in the morning; a nice piece of bread and a nice cup of tea, all pretty nice. For lunch we got some pan-fried bacon and the garlic chives with fried eggs which never fails. And this evening I tried this keto pizza bread recipe and we had it with pan seared chicken thigh. The pizza bread has only 3 ingredients: an egg, some cheese and a whole cauliflower and the flavor is quite something however the texture could be a bit more firm. Next time I will leave it in the oven longer until all the moisture that cauliflower naturally contains says bye-bye and then top it with cheese, I’m sure it’ll taste much better.
