#太太打卡 第 05/06 天
今天早上不是很餓，所以喝了一杯咖啡加鮮奶油，到了中午簡單準備老菜色培根和韭蔥炒蛋，晚餐餐桌上多了新菜色：焗烤白花椰，味道很不錯，只可惜白花椰的水分有點多，這個食譜等我再調整試做一次，就會和大家分享！今天晚餐的肉則是附近一間肉販自己灌的香腸，說是冠軍配方，真的超好吃的～吃完晚餐我竟然嘴饞想吃甜的，就吃了一片自己做的低醣花生醬餅乾，用的是全天然、無添加、百分之百的花生醬，一片碳水不到 5 克，搭配鮮奶油和一杯杏仁奶，肚子快要爆掉了！

We had too much food these two days. Dinner was so hearty that my husband asked me if we were really on a diet? Btw, the reason we are on a diet is that we have to pay our weight debt to our French food trip lol.
Yesterday for brunch, I had a cup of creamy green tea and a bowl of salad with lambs lettuce, green olives, some avocado and a lemon wedge and balsamic and olive oil dressing. I also finished the left over cauliflower pizza from the day before and enjoyed a small piece of dark chocolate. And for dinner we had the keto bread with creamy coconut curry chicken stew which completely knocked us down. The stew’s size seemed alright but it had a lot of spinach, celery and garlic chives in it, not to mention how filling coconut cream was. I couldn’t even finish my keto bread!
This morning I didn’t feel hungry when waking up so I only had a cup of coffee with a splash of heavy whipping cream. We had bacon and garlic chives with fried eggs, it almost became a routine. This dinner I made something new, the cheesy roasted cauliflower. The flavor was great but the dish was on the watery side so after I make some adjustments I will share the recipe. The sausages today came from the local butcher, they said it was their champion recipe. It is champion alright, very delicious and juicy! After dinner I was craving some sweets so I had a piece of peanut butter cookie I baked myself using natural peanut butter without any additives and sugar. One serving of cookies has less than 5 grams of carbohydrates. It was great with a bit of whipped cream and a cup of almond milk and after this I was knocked out, again!
