低碳高油 LCHF Day 09

#太太打卡 第 09 天

終於星期五啦~美好的週末開始!今天早上照常喝了一杯咖啡加杏仁奶,午餐為了把低醣麵包趕快吃完,搭配了蒜香抹醬和清炒菠菜和昨天剩下的一個起司蛋瑪芬,吃飽後又喝了一杯杏仁奶咖啡,加上一小塊我自己做的巧克力布朗尼,這個布朗尼呢……可是櫛瓜做的哈哈哈,晚餐也繼續沿用櫛瓜的力量,做了櫛瓜千層麵,也煮了昨天計劃好的超好喝南瓜濃湯,每一口都好美味,明天再來煮一次!飯後沒甜點嗎?怎麼可能,今天的甜點是起司蛋糕,這次的底是巧克力布朗尼,奶油起司的部份好好吃啊~

TGI Friday guys! Wish you all have a lovely weekend. This morning I had a cup of coffee with almond milk as usual. In order to finish the keto bread as soon as possible I had two pieces of bread with garlic cream spread, some fried spinach and a leftover cheesy egg muffin from yesterday. After lunch I had another cup of coffee with almond milk and a small piece of brownies I made which was actually made with zucchini hahaha. So continue with this zucchini cowabunga, I made some zucchini lasagna this evening and the creamy butternut squash soup I planned to make yesterday. It was super yummy and hearty, I will make it again tomorrow. No desserts today? No way. We had the cheesecake with zucchini brownie base, the cream cheese part was just too yummy!
