突然很想吃甜食,但是又不想吃進太多碳水或是影響血糖嗎?那這個 2 分鐘低醣巧克力馬克杯蛋糕就是你的最佳選擇!手法簡單,從備料到上桌不到五分鐘,馬克杯蛋糕也只需要在微波爐 2 分鐘。

If you’re having a sweet tooth but don’t want to ruin your low-carb diet or cause swings to your blood sugar, then this 2 minute low-carb Mugcake is your best go to! It is very easy and can be prepared within 5 minutes and it only takes 2 minutes to cook in a microwave!

 

以下材料為一人份(1 Serving)

使用到的材料:

2 大匙 杏仁粉 *烘焙用的,不是泡來喝的那種喔
2-3 大匙 赤藻糖醇 *或你喜歡的天然甜味劑 /代糖
1 大匙 無鹽奶油 *需先融化
1 大匙 無糖可可粉
1 顆 雞蛋 *大的,室溫。
1 茶匙 動物性鮮奶油 *可不加
1/2 茶匙 香草精 *可不加

Ingredient you need:

2 tbsp of Almond Flour
2-3 tbsp of Granulated Erythritol *or sweetener of your choice
1 tbsp of Unsalted Butter *melted
1 tbsp of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Large Egg *room temperature
1 tsp of Double Cream *optional
1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract *optional

 

製作方法:

1. 準備一個可微波的馬克杯,放入奶油後微波 20 秒融化奶油。
2. 加入所有乾的材料,攪拌均勻。
3. 加入雞蛋、動物性鮮奶油和香草精,攪拌均勻。
4. 送到微波爐微波 1 分半鐘(最高火力,或是800瓦)。
5. 將蛋糕倒扣到盤子上,再微波 30 秒。
6. 開吃!

How to make the Mugcake.

1. Prepare a microwavable mug and put in the unsalted butter, microwave for 20 seconds to melt the butter.
2. Add in all the dry ingredients and mix well.
3. Add in the egg, vanilla extract and double cream and mix well.
4. Microwave the cup for 1 and a half minute. (On high or 800W)
5. Empty the mug to a plate and microwave another 30 seconds.
6. Enjoy!

 

這個食譜常見的是微波 90 秒,而且沒有加動物性鮮奶油和香草精,但是我覺得 90 秒太少了,我比較喜歡 2 分鐘的口感,所以我習慣微波 90 秒以後,將蛋糕到扣到盤子上,再微波個 30 秒,如果你喜歡濕軟一點的口感,當然也可以試試看 90 秒。另外,加入動物性鮮奶油和一點點香草境可以讓口感和風味都更棒。馬克杯蛋糕微波好以後,可以直接吃,也可以準備自己喜歡的配料,我喜歡準備一點打發的鮮奶油加上奶油奶酪!這個馬克杯蛋糕分量不大,口感和傳統的杯子蛋糕相去不遠,一定可以滿足你的嘴饞。

The original recipe was a 90 second mugcake and without the vanilla extra and the double cream. But I think 90 seconds are not enough, so I’d like to empty the mug, put the cake on a plate and give it another 30 seconds in the microwave. You can definitely try the 90 second method if you prefer a gooey texture. Also a splash of double cream and a bit of vanilla extract add more depth to the texture and flavor. Once the mugcake is made you can prepare any topping that goes with it, I like to mix some already whipped heavy cream and some cream cheese! It is a small cake and the texture is not far from a real cake which can surely curb your sweet cravings.
