第 19 天
今天早上起來吃了巧克力瑪芬搭配一杯黑咖啡加杏仁奶，中午為了多吃一點青菜，為自己準備了菜心蛋雞湯，下午偷吃了幾顆花生醬巧克力，因為是偷吃所以沒有留下證據哈哈哈。下午為了先生的甜點著想，苦惱了許久，終於找到了不是糕點類的肉桂蘋果塔，當然是低醣版本的，不過因為食譜用到了蘋果，所以這整個塔的淨碳水是 56 克，整個塔吃完還算是低碳啊～哈哈哈，這是點心，不要貪心！這個肉桂蘋果塔很成功，重點是先生超、級、喜、歡，這也是讓我最開心的。晚餐則烤了非常美味的生酮披薩，用了杏仁粉、洋車前子、亞麻籽、帕瑪森和馬茲瑞拉起司，做出了有口感又有脆度的披薩皮，非常成功啊！加上番茄泥、馬茲瑞拉起司、艾曼塔起司、美式臘腸、洋蔥和蘑菇，整個非常奢～晚飯後的肉桂蘋果塔還溫溫熱熱的，每一口都好幸福～
第 20 天
今天起床後沒什麼胃口，但是覺得累累的，所以晚餐決定吃多一點好碳，低醣到今天已經 20 天，早起就算空腹不會有低血糖頭昏的症狀，喝了一杯咖啡後就開始研究更多食譜。中午把剩下的菜心煮完，所以又吃了菜心蛋雞湯，今天多吃了一顆蛋。晚餐準備了鹹甜鹹甜的奶油南瓜披薩派，這是我自創的菜色，一開始先生還質疑這個鹹甜的組合，結果愈吃愈唰嘴哈哈哈，這個食譜我一定會和大家分享，因為我自己也覺得很好吃。另外配菜準備了韭蔥炒磨菇、洋蔥，還把之前剩下的肉醬一併吃完。晚餐過後是依舊美味滿點的肉桂蘋果塔，我還趁八點前泡了一杯不是太強的咖啡加上一點杏仁奶，吃飽喝足非常舒服～

#mealprofile day 19 & 20
This morning I had a chocolate muffin with a cup of black coffee with a splash of almond milk. In order to eat more vegetables, I made myself some choy sum soup with an egg which was tasty. I sneakily snacked on a few peanut butter chocolate bites in the afternoon and since it was a sneaky attempt there was not proof of it! In the afternoon I researched all kinds of recipes to make my husband a new desserts that’s not in the cake category and finally I found the perfect candidate, the low-carb cinnamon apple tart. However because this recipe calls for apples so the entire tart’s net carbs are 56 grams still relatively low if you had the whole thing. But, but, but this is desserts let’s not be greedy! This tart was phenomenal and the most important thing is that husby absolutely loves it and that’s all that matters and that makes me very happy. For dinner I made some yumyum keto pizza using almond flour, Psyllium husk, flax-seed meal, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese and such combination guarantee you the chew and the crunch in the crust which is superb. We topped the crust with tomato puree, Mozzarella cheese, Elemental cheese, pepperoni, onions and mushrooms, super duper luxurious. After dinner we had our just-came-out-of-the-oven cinnamon apple tart, each bite was a gorgeous treat.
Waking up this morning, not feeling hungry but a little bit sloppy so I decided to add some good carbs into our dinner today. We have been on the low-carb diet for about 20 days now and this lightheadedness I used to have due to waking up without eating immediately is no longer troubling me which is very nice indeed. I had a cup of coffee and began to research more recipes. For lunch I prepared the same thing like yesterday and doubled the eggs. This dinner I prepared a sweet and savory butter-quash pizza pie, a dish I came up myself. My husband was a bit skeptical about the combination in the beginning and then the flavor just grew on him and won his palate in the end. I will definitely share this recipe because I think it is really tasty and hearty. Besides the pie I also prepared some greens, garlic chives fried with onions and mushrooms and we also had the leftover meat sauce. For this evening’s dessert, we had the delicious cinnamon apple tart and I made myself a cup of medium strength coffee with some almond milk and drank it before 8 pm. My mind and stomach were both very satisfied right now.
