第 26 天

今天不知道為什麼,竟然睡到 11 點,怎麼都爬不起來,醒來之後沒有別餓,喝了一杯氣泡水加蘋果醋後就開始工作,我最近愛上蘋果醋!中午過後很滿足地吃了一個蛋黃酥,搭配一杯熱咖啡加杏仁奶,蛋黃酥好美味,還好我有自己做!今天下午我試做了一個生酮貝果的食譜,成果非常不錯,有貝果那種紮實的口感,因為麵團裡面有馬茲瑞拉起司,所以也有彈性,算是非常簡單、很不錯的一款生酮烘焙。晚餐就利用貝果,準備了厚切培根蛋貝果,我的荷包蛋還煎得超成功,搭配生菜沙拉和特調的黃芥末檸檬醬汁,先生表示這個組合非常美味,晚餐過後就是我們的起司蛋糕啦~冷藏一天之後變得更好吃了。

 

第 27 天

今天起床雖然不餓,但是看到蛋黃酥就很想吃,而且還是最後一顆,每一口都好珍惜啊~同樣搭配了黑咖啡加杏仁奶。中午簡單準備了沙拉和水煮蛋,覺得最近蔬菜吃得不夠多!不知道是不是因為天氣很冷的關係,我也突然很想喝個暖暖甜甜的東西,通常我會泡一杯咖啡,但今天我靈機一動,把做蛋黃酥剩下的紅豆泥,挖一匙和杏仁奶一起微波,攪拌均勻後就變成濃郁的紅豆杏仁甜湯,味道超好的~下午燉了番茄蔬菜湯,還烤了起司脆片,晚餐則是延續昨天的貝果,搭配生菜、馬茲瑞拉起司球切片、煎蛋和咖哩風味的烤雞肉,我覺得這個組合比培根蛋好吃。晚餐就是起司蛋糕啦~不過這個起司蛋糕熱量真的好高,吃起來好奢!

Day 26

Not sure what happened to me this morning I just couldn’t wake up and slept till 11 o’clock. I didn’t feel hungry when I woke up so I just had a cup of sparkling water with apple cider vinegar which is my new favorite! After noon I had a salted egg yolk pastry with a cup of hot coffee with almond milk. The pastry was so good I’m so glad I made them! This afternoon I tried out a keto bagel recipe and the result was really good. It has the firm and dense texture of a real bagel and the flavor is nice. The dough also incorporates mozzarella cheese so you got the chew as well. The recipe is easy to follow and I think it is a really good keto bagel. Today’s dinner we, of course, had bagels with thick cut bacon and sunny-side up eggs which were looked gorgeously. We had it with salad and my special yellow mustard lemony dressing. Husby super approved this bagel! After dinner we both had a piece of cheesecake for desserts and the cheesecake tasted even better after being refrigerated for a day.

 

Day 27

Though I wasn’t hungry when I woke up this morning, I opened the fridge and just couldn’t say no to the salted egg yolk pastry, the last salted egg yolk pastry. I cherished each bite so very much! I also had a cup of coffee with almond milk btw. This lunch I prepared some simple salad with hard boiled eggs because I felt like I needed more vegetables. When I was prepping my lunch I felt a bit cold and would also love to have something warm and sweet. Usually this was when I made myself a cup of hot coffee. But it occurred to me that there was still some leftover mashed red beans from making the pastry the other day. Therefore I took a spoonful of the beans and mixed it with a cup of almond milk and microwaved it. The sweet dessert soup was so creamy, soothing and so nice! This afternoon I prepared tomato vegetable stew while making some cheese crackers. Dinner we had the bagels again but today we had lettuce, mozzarella, a sunny side up egg and curry flavor pan-seared chicken fillets. I prefer this combo to the bacon and egg one. After dinner we moved onto our desserts, cheesecakes. This tiny piece of cake is so calories dense but truly luxurious to enjoy!
