第 28 天

今天早上起來喝了一杯黑咖啡加杏仁奶,最近我喜歡再加了杏仁奶後,再把咖啡微波個 1 分鐘,這樣就可以喝到熱呼呼的咖啡,表面的泡沫還會有點焦焦的呢~中午簡單吃了西洋芹和半個貝果,貝果上面抹的是奶油起司,簡單灑上一點鹽巴、黑胡椒就很好吃了,我覺得這個貝果是我做到現在最喜歡的低醣烘焙麵包。先生昨晚說好想吃有口感的、巧克力口味的甜食,我今天自己亂做了一個巧克力棒,用的材料都是家裡有的,加在一起喇一喇~哈哈哈,準備晚餐後給他一個驚喜!但是這個巧克力名字超長 der:粉紅鹽焦糖山核桃花生醬巧克力棒,這個巧克力棒淨碳不到 3 克,還有豐富的山核桃油脂,很好吃~晚餐我煮了番茄蔬菜湯,煎了起司歐姆蛋,然後準備了披薩,蔬菜湯確保我們吃進多種微量,低醣的披薩皮裡面還有膳食纖維,搭配起司和美式臘腸還給了我們足夠的油脂,用橄欖油煎的歐姆蛋除了有好油以外,還有好的蛋白質,這樣的一餐算是很標準。晚餐過後我們一人吃了一條巧克力棒,先生很喜歡,我們也一起分享一片起司蛋糕,好好吃~我一定要再來做一次起司蛋糕。

 

第 29 天

今天起床後沒有特別餓,到了中午還莫名地想吃甜食,所以我就替自己泡了熱咖啡,搭配一片起司蛋糕和一條名字落落長的巧克力棒,這天先生公司有活動,下班後還要留下來開會,竟然拋棄我去吃印度咖哩飯,哈哈哈~但是不吃太不合群了,所以我跟他說:你就放心吃吧~你已經瘦很多了!晚餐就是我一個人,一個人最好解決,會煮菜的人就知道一個人吃的時候就是清冰箱時間,冰箱有啥就煮啥,所以我就替自己準備了一個焗烤白醬高麗菜搭配美式臘腸,吃完後還喝了熱咖啡、吃了一個巧克力棒,把自己的肚皮照顧妥當。

Day 28

This morning I made myself a cup of hot coffee with some almond milk, recently I like to pop my mug into the microwave and let it spin for a minute to achieve an even warmer coffee and some burnt cream on the top! For lunch I simply prepared myself some raw celery and half bagel with cream cheese and a bit of salt and pepper which was very simple but tasty. This low-carb bagels are by far the best low-carb recipe I tried. My husband was craving something crunchy, sweet and chocolaty so I made this little bars using ingredients I had in my pantry which were all random and I just put all the ingredients in a bowl and mixed’em all together hahaha. I planned to give him a surprise after dinner. The name is super long though: Caramel Pecan Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar with Himalayan Pink Salt. There there. This super low carb chocolate bar has only 3 net carb per serving and has all the good fat from the pecans. This dinner I prepared us tomato vegetable soup, cheese omelets and pizza. The soup provides us a wide variety of micro-nutrients,  the pizza crust is low-carb and has dietary fibers, and the omelets were fired in olive oil which gives both good fats and good protein. This meal is very legit as a low-carb meal. After dinner we had the chocolate bars and of course he loves it, we also shared a piece of cheesecake together. I’m so going to make another cheesecake!

 

Day 29

Waking up not feeling hungry I just moved on to working. When it was around noon I was, strangely, thinking about sweets! So I made myself a cup of hot coffee and enjoyed it with the why-thy-name-so-long chocolate bar and a piece of cheesecake. Today husby had to stick around in the office later because there was a meeting after work so he was going to abandon me and have some Indian curry with his colleagues. Haha, it’d be weird if he was the only one around the table without food so I told him he should just enjoy his dinner and he has lost more weight than he first planned. So it was just me this dinner and if you cook for yourself you’d know that when you only have to prepare for one person, it was the time to make some clear-the-fridge-out meal. Therefore I threw together a cheesy baked cabbage with salami which was actually tasty and after dinner I made myself a cup of coffee with a chocolate bar. I may be alone but my tummy will never feel empty.
