第 30 天

今天是我們吃低碳高油滿 30 天,那麼喜歡吃麵、吃飯、吃煎餃的我們竟然做到了!很替自己感到驕傲啊~先來看看今天吃了什麼。

今天起床就是一根巧克力棒搭配熱咖啡,午餐則是雞絲番茄蔬菜湯,這個湯超級好喝,換成牛絞肉、豬絞肉都很好喝,下午我還試做了兩個食譜,一個是酸奶油甜甜圈,一個是綜合堅果焦糖司康,甜甜圈味道不錯,但是口感就是沒有傳統的好,所以也是一個生酮無法媲美的類型,但是這個司康就很不錯了,口感可以再紮實一點,下次做試試看一半用杏仁細粉,一半用帶皮磨的,看口感會不會更沉一些。晚餐則是把中午的蔬菜湯喝完,準備了生菜沙拉、披薩包和小披薩,看得出來我是想把冰箱的美式臘腸用完吧哈哈哈~好吃嘛!有什麼關係~今天晚餐後就沒吃甜點了,因為下午已經吃了甜甜圈、司康,而且晚餐吃太飽!

We have been on the LCHF diet for 30 days now! What a milestone. We used to love rice, noodles and pot-stickers, well still very much do, yet we made it this far I’m very proud of ourselves. Anyways let’s take a look at the meal profile today.

This morning I greeted myself with a cup of hot coffee and a chocolate bar, for lunch we had tomato vegetable soup with shredded chicken. This soup is equally tasty if you swap the chicken with either ground beef or pork. This afternoon I tried two low-carb recipes, one is sour cream donuts and the other one is mixed nuts caramel scones. The donuts taste fine however the texture is far from traditional ones so this is one of those bakes that just can’t KETO you know. But the scones are pretty nice and would be even better if the texture could be a bit more dense. So I’m thinking use half almond flour and half almond meal next time to see if I can add more density to it. For dinner we finished the soup and I prepared some salad along with pizza rolls and mini pizza, you can tell that I’m trying to use all the salami we have. Don’t judge me it is tasty anyways! After dinner we both skipped desserts because we had some already in the afternoon and we were both pretty full.
